She lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden. Ljungh has a B.F.A. from Parson School of Design, New York and a M.F.A from Konstfack, Stockholm. She is perhaps best known for her video installations which have been shown extensively in Sweden and Germany. Ljungh has made a new series of sculptures, screen prints and installations, where the materials used come from some of Sweden's largest mining areas. Hanna Ljungh är utbildad på bland annat Konstfack i Stockholm och är kanske mest uppmärksammad för sina videoverk som ställts ut på bland annat Fotografiska. ”Foundations” är en utökning av serien ”Vivisections” från 2011 där Ljungh konstruerar artificiella genomskärningar som hon sedan fotograferar i sin studio.
